By accessing or using DreamX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DreamX provides a white-label website builder and CRM platform for real estate professionals. Features include a drag-and-drop website editor, MLS listing sync, CRM inbox, and marketing tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Plan pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit spam or unauthorized communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
